We started UnicornMarket because buying and selling a SaaS business was way harder than it should be. Founders were listing on forums, negotiating over email, and closing deals without escrow or due diligence.
We saw the same problems first-hand — as developers and entrepreneurs who had been on both sides of the table. So we built the platform we wished existed.
Every feature comes from a real problem we experienced: transparent AI-powered valuations because pricing was always a guessing game, Stripe-powered escrow because trust between strangers is hard, and structured deal rooms because handoffs kept falling apart.
