Project ORION is a quantitative FX research and paper-trading SaaS platform for developing, testing, and evaluating systematic trading strategies. It includes backtesting, strategy optimization, walk-forward analysis, multi-timeframe research, risk management, position sizing, and simulated trade execution. The platform is designed for research and paper trading without using live capital. It includes a production-oriented FastAPI and React web application, PostgreSQL and Redis infrastructure, multi-tenant access controls, auditability, and deployment documentation. ORION is currently pre-revenue and is being offered as a software/IP acquisition opportunity. Commercial metrics and customer revenue are not established.
