What you'd be buying.

InspectLane is a developed, pre-revenue vehicle-inspection SaaS designed for auto-repair shops, independent inspectors and inspection teams. The platform guides users through consistent exterior, interior, tires and wheels, engine, undercarriage and road-test sections. Inspectors can record condition ratings, notes and photographs, then generate professional reports that can be reviewed, printed or shared through secure customer links. The product includes searchable inspection history, custom report branding, administrator and inspector roles, organization-specific workspaces, team invitations, photograph storage, VIN entry and secure account authentication. A companion SwiftUI iOS project is also included, with VIN camera scanning, report creation and access to inspection records. It has not yet been released through the App Store. The existing subscription structure includes a free plan and paid Starter and Professional plans. Stripe subscription and billing integration has been developed, but production billing remains in test mode and requires final activation and testing before accepting payments. The technology stack includes TypeScript, React, Next.js/Vinext, Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2, Supabase authentication, Stripe and SwiftUI. InspectLane currently has no customers, users or revenue. The buyer is acquiring the completed product foundation and the opportunity to launch, market and grow it. The sale includes the source code, web application, iOS source project, inspectlane.com domain, website, brand assets, database migrations, deployment and recovery documentation, and the right to recreate info@inspectlane.com. Existing mailbox contents and unrelated Zoho accounts are excluded.
